Training to become a midwife is a comprehensive process that typically takes three years to complete. This involves a combination of academic study and hands-on clinical experience. To qualify for a midwifery degree, you’ll need to have an approved degree in midwifery from a university or undertake a midwifery degree apprenticeship.
