Awarding Body
This NCFE CACHE Level 5 Diploma In Leadership And Management For Adult Care is designed to support the development of registered managers of adult social care services. It has been developed using the NCFE CACHE 610/0673/7 syllabus and recognised by Ofqual.
At the end of this course, successful learners will be able to progress to a wide range of job roles. The following list gives an idea of some of the opportunities available in adult care settings.

How is this course assessed or examined?
Learners must achieve 80 credits from the mandatory units and a minimum of 15 credits from the optional units to achieve a minimum of 95. The optional units will be selected by Oxbridge and observations carried out by an Oxbridge Assessor. You will also be required to complete a placement in a real work environment (RWE).
Entry requirements
Due to the nature of this course, the minimum starting age is 19. It is also recommended that you hold a Level 3 qualification or above in a related area.
You need to be working in the role of deputy manager or manager in an appropriate setting, or have the opportunity to carry out responsibilities associated with these roles.
