“I joined Oxbridge in July 2019, and it’s been the best job I’ve had. I work with some really lovely people who I find it a joy to spend my weekdays with.

“I find the work I do is really meaningful, and knowing I help others earn the qualifications and go on to achieve their dreams is something I am really proud of. It’s very fun and not at all corporate, and sometimes I forget I’m at work.”

Got a question?

Q. Ive seen a role I like the look of, can I ask a couple of questions before I apply?

A. We receive quite a lot of applications for every role we advertise, so unfortunately, we aren’t able to provide additional information beyond the job profile. However, if your application is successful, you’ll get plenty of chance to ask questions during the interview (the more the better, in fact!)

Q. I can’t see any roles here for me. Can I send you my CV anyway?

A. We’d love it if you did, and we'll give you an extra 10 points for enthusiasm! You can upload your CV here, and we’ll be sure to get in touch if anything comes up that you're suitable for.

Q. Do you offer flexible working?

A. Yes, lots of our employees work flexibly, and we'll always be happy to have a chat with you during your interview about your needs and how these can be balanced with the requirements of your role.

Q. Do you offer internships?

A. We're planning on it! All internships will be advertised in our vacancies section, so keep your eyes peeled.

Q. What’s your interview process like?

A. This will vary quite a lot depending on the role you’re applying for. Typically, our interviews have two stages, and you might also be asked to complete tasks such as a short presentation or a psychometric test.

Q. I’ve applied for a role, how long will it be until I hear back?

A. If you've applied for a role and haven’t heard anything from us within four weeks, then unfortunately your application hasn't been successful this time (don't let that stop you applying for future positions!) If you’ve been interviewed for a role, we'll let you know whether you’ve been successful or are through to the next stage within two weeks.
