Overview

Chances are, anyone who tells you never to work with kids or animals has never enjoyed a job working alongside dogs. Any vocation that involves our four-legged furry friends is likely to be one of the most rewarding out there, from pampering pooches to perfection, to training therapy animals to provide love and affection to the sick or distressed.

Whether you’d love to work alongside man’s best friends in the future, or you’re simply looking to boost your knowledge when it comes to our canine companions, we’ve got you. In this Level 2 Dog Behaviour course, you will:

  • Discover the importance of maintaining a dog’s health, welfare, and wellbeing
  • Delve into the ways in which the correct nutrition can help them to thrive
  • Understand the legal responsibilities associated with owning and working with dogs, as well as the need for professional, consistent training
  • Find out how to easily house train dogs, get them to walk obediently beside you, as well as deal with difficult behaviour such as chewing and barking

Our course material is fun and engaging, making studying canine behaviour a pleasure. Even better, you can study online in your own time, at your own pace, so you can easily fit your studies in between work, family life, and other commitments.
