It’s often said that people with higher levels of Emotional Intelligence are able to deal with people more effectively. Emotional Intelligence (often referred to as EQ) is the measure of someone’s ability to understand, use, and manage their emotions in a positive way. During this short course on emotional intelligence, you will cover the topic in general and take away some actionable insights.

Our emotional state can significantly impact our personal and professional lives. It can dictate the quality of our interpersonal connections, influence our physical health, trigger or prevent anxiety and depression, and much more. This short course can help align you with actions needed to enhance your emotional quotient and reap these positive rewards. It is important to note that working on your emotional quotient is a lifelong journey that requires patience and practice.
