Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
“NLP helps me to manage audiences and motivate them.” ~ Oprah Winfrey, the world’s No. 1 talk show host.
Course Introduction
Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is a psychological approach that deals with the relationships between language, behaviour, thoughts and feelings. It is based on the idea that we can change our thoughts and behaviours by changing the way we use language. Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) practitioners work with clients to discover their preferred representational system (PRS), in order to ‘reprogramme’ their thoughts, attitudes and behaviour, helping them to lead happier, more fulfilled lives.
This course is designed to introduce you to Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and how it can be used to improve your own life and the lives of those around you. You will learn about the history of NLP, its key concepts and principles and how to put NLP into practice.
