About us and the role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming sales inquiries and providing exceptional customer service, you will also make return outbound calls to these prospective clients and make calls to those who have enquired in other ways.

The day-to-day

This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and enjoy building relationships with customers. Responsibilities: - Answer incoming sales calls and respond to customer inquiries - Provide product information, pricing, and promotions to potential customers - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets - Maintain accurate customer records in CRM - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or queries - Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall sales goals

About you: A successful candidate
