We believe in supporting you every step of the way, and we understand that all individuals have different learning requirements.
Remember being at school and being forced to compete with 30-plus other learners for just a few moments of a teacher's time? So do we, and that's why we developed Unlimited Tutor Support.
Our learning faculty are specialists in their fields with many years of experience in education, so when you enrol with us, you can relax knowing you're in capable hands with experienced educators. So when you choose to join us, you can breathe easy, knowing you're in the capable hands of seasoned experts who genuinely care about your learning success.
We support you in multiple ways throughout the duration of your course, on your terms. No question is too big or small. Here's how we do it...
When you submit assignments, you will receive individual and personalised feedback, along with guidance on how to improve for the next task.
If you require more explanation of a given learning objective, you can contact your tutor and get a response quickly. (Within 48 hours, often sooner.)
When email doesn't cut it and more complex issues need a chat. That's fine, you can arrange a phone call with your personal tutor.
Every Oxbridge student is assigned a personal tutor, who will be on hand if you need any help with your course. Your personal tutor is available via email and phone (via a pre-booked call) when you need them.
Our Unlimited Tutor Support is designed to support and run alongside our award-winning online courses actively. Our courses have been designed and developed to be completed in full without any need to access our Unlimited Tutor Support, but it is there to support you if you need a little extra help or for something that doesn’t quite make sense.
It’s not intended to be a regular private tutoring service (to replace the teachers that would regularly come to your house, for example).
Every learner learns at a different pace; our Unlimited Tutor Support is designed to be available reactively whenever needed. We will, therefore, be led by you, the student, at your pace and style of learning.
As with all courses at the levels of study that we offer, we will help to develop you to be an independent learner (just like A-levels or Apprenticeships at college). This will stand you in good stead for future study and is part of our scholastic responsibility to you – to put you on the right path for the future.
