In addition to his work in these departments, Jake has been working closely with Greg Robson, our senior developer, to advance our processes and improve reporting. He has been learning coding and how to create bespoke reporting, which has proven to be a valuable addition to his skillset.

At Oxbridge, we take pride in providing high-quality education and training, and our apprenticeship program is no exception. We were delighted to gain an apprentice like Jake, whose dedication and hard work has paid off. His qualification is a testament to his competence and dedication to his career.

Jake's Journey at Oxbridge

Jake's apprenticeship journey has been nothing short of remarkable. Starting from scratch, he learned about the different departments and functions of our learning provider. He was able to gain hands-on experience in numerous areas, from supporting our marketing team with social media campaigns to handling customer queries in our customer service department.

Throughout his apprenticeship, Jake consistently demonstrated a high level of commitment and dedication to his role. He always asked insightful questions and was eager to learn from our experienced team members. As a result, this enabled him to develop his skills and quickly become valuable member of the Oxbridge team.

A Valuable Investment

As a learning provider, Oxbridge has relished in training an apprentice across our departments. Apprenticeships offer a unique opportunity to tailor training to the specific needs of the business, ensuring that the apprentice learns the skills and knowledge that will be most valuable to the organisation.

We were fortunate to have an apprentice like Jake, whose hard work, dedication, and enthusiasm have made a significant impact across our departments. His success is not only a testament to his abilities but also to the value of apprenticeships as a training and development tool.

Looking to the Future

Jake's success story is a great source of inspiration for those considering an apprenticeship. It shows you can achieve with hard work, dedication, and a willingness to learn. At Oxbridge, we're proud to have been a part of Jake's journey and are excited to see what he will accomplish in the future.

We would like to congratulate Jake on his exceptional achievement and wish him all the best in his future endeavors. We also encourage other businesses to consider the benefits of apprenticeships and invest in the development of their workforce.
