Working for a direct to consumer online learning provider, you’ll join a quality team with a strong history of success. You’ll have a proven track record in Instructional Design, UX and an outstanding portfolio. You’ll also be someone who shines in times of difficulty. You’re not afraid to try new things, attempt tricky tasks or push for industry-leading results. You do this because you know you’re capable and take pleasure in doing so. Better yet, you’ll be given the autonomy to flex those learning muscles.
To Become an Oxbridge Learning Designer, you’ll need:
- Instructional design experience in online and blended learning creation
- Exceptional visual design skills and the ability to storyboard
- Familiarity with SCORM, TinCan, commercial LMS systems and Moodle
- Qualifications in instructional design. Mainly for online delivery or related
- A can-do attitude and organisational skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and part of a team

As a course tutor with Oxbridge Home Learning, you will be giving excellent friendly and supportive advice to students enrolled on our exciting courses. You will be assigned students studying courses within your specialisms, you will mark assignments and provide feedback and advice to learners via phone and email through our learner portal. In addition, you will take part in standardisation meetings. This is a remote role with plenty of student contact, it is a highly rewarding position.
At the forefront of our mission, you will be answering calls and emails from new and returning students. In this role, you will offer guidance and advice prior to enrolment. You will be required to make outbound calls to students who have registered an interest in progressing their future with us. This role does not have any cold calling involved. You will be responsible for enrolling new students on to our course of their choice.
