This Sabre Expert course will teach you everything you need to know about the Sabre system, from home!  This package provides you with comprehensive training in the Sabre GDS system.  This course provides you with a full introduction to the entire Sabre system.

It is suitable for beginners as well as those with some prior knowledge of a GDS and will provide you with an expert level of knowledge in Sabre GDS.  With many travel companies requiring a comprehensive knowledge of online booking systems, it is essential to be a competent user of Sabre. This Sabre course is recognised all over the world and is fully compliant with IATA’s GDS (International Air Transport Association’s Global Distribution Systems) requirements.

The course covers the SAME subjects as our 50 hours ‘Introduction’ course but in more details and with more examples and exercises.

Study Hours

Up to 70 hours which is around 30 minutes per day for 3 months.

Course Duration

You have up to 6 months to complete this course.  This is usually ample time for learners, even with full time jobs and other commitments. Don’t worry if you do not complete the course within this time, you can easily extend your access by purchasing an extra 6 months access. Or if  you need more hours to take and pass your course? We offers packages of 5, 10 or 20 additional hours.

Study Method

This course is run online through our Online Sabre Training facility, which provides a Sabre Simulator so you can use the software as you learn. The course also refers to and uses a workbook (provided).  The course is specifically designed for study by distance learning.

Assessment

There is an online exam to be taken at the end of each module. That’s five exams in total. You will require a passing score of 85% or more on each exam to receive your certificate.

Course Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this Sabre course, you will receive a Sabre certificate to use as proof that you are a competent Sabre user, which will be widely accepted by employers.  Courses’ Content Creator and awarding body are VIASINC.

No. While you can choose to write your assignments by hand, the majority of students type up their work in a word processor and then submit it via email to their tutors. A typed essay is much easier to save and edit and makes it easier for tutors to read.
