Why study Freelance Journalism?

Our Freelance Journalism course teaches you to produce professional standard journalistic articles and market them to various mediums. You’ll discover key insights into skills and techniques all journalists use to write strong, convincing news stories. For example, you’ll be taught the full importance of ‘Who, What, Where, Why, and How’ when writing an impactful story.

Additionally, you’ll develop super relevant journalism skills, including content choice, style and tone, techniques and disciplines, and marketing. There’s even a section for those considering professional authorings, such as writing books, short stories, or for radio and television.

Two advantages of becoming a freelance journalist are writing alongside your main career or writing full-time as a career itself.
