This course is designed for travel agents who have not used a Computer Reservation System (CRS) or have recently joined the travel industry. It can also be used by travel agents who are converting from one reservation system to another.

Course Duration

You have up to 6 months to complete this course. This is usually ample time for learners, even with full time jobs and other commitments. We offers packages of 5, 10 or 20 additional hours.


There is an exam to be taken at the end of the course. You will require a passing score of 85% or more to receive your certificate.

Course Outcomes

Upon completion of this Amadeus course, you will receive an Amadeus certificate to use as proof of competency in using the system, which will be widely accepted by employers within the industry. Courses’ Content Creator and awarding body are VIASINC.
